Chef Boris was born in Split, Croatia. He has nine years of experience on motor yachts of different sizes. The specialties of this young and prospective chef are combining Croatian, Italian, and French cuisine using only ingredients and products that are seasonally and locally available. He tries to make guests’ experiences unique and provides them with all the flavors of Dalmatia. Boris uses these unique flavors in his meals, allowing exceptional fresh ingredients to speak for themselves. His extensive experience has gained many fans for his delicious cuisine. In his free time, Boris is very attached to the sea and he likes spearfishing and diving. His passion is also mountain biking.
